Fine wire coils sub-assemblies
In close co-operation with our customers we develop fine wire coils which are manufactured in defined processes, daily reproducible on semi and fully automatic winding equipment (from small quantity pre-series production to bulk production of millions of pieces). The construction of CAD models and the resulting prototype production saves time during the sampling process and reduces costs.
We also offer production facilities for sub-assemblies where synergy effects can be achieved (competency in winding and connection technology; vacuum encapsulating technology and low cost assembling).
